Terms of service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Seller") and AjVik for your use of the AjVik platform, website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to it.
2. Free trial, subscription and automatic renewal
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, which may have lower limits.
- Your subscription renews automatically. If you choose a plan, it is billed in advance each month in US dollars at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may limit or pause your account after reasonable notice.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.
3. Payments and platform fees
Payments from your customers go to your own connected payment account (for example, your Stripe account through AjVik Payments) and are paid out to your bank by that provider; AjVik does not hold your customers' money. On payments through AjVik Payments, the platform fee for your plan, shown on the pricing page, is deducted at settlement in addition to the payment provider's own fees. Your payment provider's terms also apply to you.
4. Your store and your customers
You are the seller of record for everything sold through your store. You are responsible for your products, prices, sales tax and other taxes, shipping, returns, privacy notice, and for complying with the consumer protection, tax, privacy and marketing laws that apply to your business. AjVik's tax calculations are a tool to help you; they are not tax advice, and you remain responsible for registering, collecting, filing and paying taxes.
5. Messaging and marketing
You must have the consent the law requires before you send marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp, including consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for text messages, and you must honor opt-outs. Commercial emails must follow the CAN-SPAM Act, including a working unsubscribe link and your physical postal address.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to sell illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the Service or other sellers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
You own the content and data you put into AjVik. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service. AI-generated content is provided for you to review before publishing.
8. Third-party services
Payment processors, shipping carriers, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, SMS providers, marketplaces and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of material changes.
10. Cancellation
See our cancellation and refund policy. You can export your data before your account closes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses such as lost profits.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AjVik against third-party claims arising from your products, your store, your content or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you are located requires otherwise.
