Automation

Write the rule once. Let AjVik do the routine work.

Pick a trigger, add a condition, choose an action. When an order over $100 arrives, tag the customer as VIP. When stock drops, email you. Anything that spends money or posts in public waits for your approval.

Automation

Rules without code

Triggers

Order placed, paid, delivered or canceled. Stock low, cart left, new lead, return requested, review received and more.

Conditions

Only when the payment method matches, the value is above an amount, the customer is new, or the product is in a collection.

Actions

Tag a customer, send an email or message, email you, create a task, draft a social post, call a webhook or pause ads.

Test run first

New rules start in test mode and show what they would have done on your recent orders, without doing it.

Approval for risky steps

Actions that spend money, change a budget or publish something go to your approval queue first.

AI agents Early access

Agents that watch stock, ads and reviews and propose actions within limits you set.

Examples

Rules sellers set up in their first week.

Start from a template and change the numbers. Each rule is a sentence you can read out loud.

  • When an order above $100 is paid, tag the customer as high value
  • When stock drops below the reorder point, email the owner
  • When a return is requested, create a task for the warehouse
  • When a review arrives, draft a social post from it
Protect profit

Stop paying to promote products that lose money.

Link automation to your profit figures and ad accounts. When a product’s ads cost more than they earn, lower the budget or pause them, with your approval.

  • Pause ads or lower a daily budget on a condition
  • Budget changes always wait for approval
  • Notify you when a paused campaign is ready to resume
  • Every run recorded with what it did and why

Safe by design

Rules that cannot run away with your credits.

A rule that triggers itself in a loop is caught before you save it. Each rule has limits on how often it can act, and a history that explains why it did or did not fire.

  • Loops detected and blocked at save time
  • Per-customer and per-product cooldowns
  • Run history for every rule and every order
  • Switch a rule off in one tap

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you're looking for? Our team replies within one working day.

Do I need to know coding?

No. You build rules by picking a trigger, conditions and actions from lists. If you do have a developer, they can also call a webhook as an action.

Can automation spend money without me knowing?

No. Actions that change ad budgets, spend money or publish in public go through your approval queue. You can set who approves and above what amount.

What are AI agents?

Agents watch parts of your business, such as stock or ads, and propose or take actions within the limits you give them. They are in early access on the Pro plan and are being opened in waves.

Why did my rule not fire?

Open its history. Each check is recorded with the condition that failed or the cooldown that stopped it.

Can a rule message customers?

Yes. Rules can send email to customers who have not unsubscribed, and WhatsApp messages once your WhatsApp Business number is connected, only to customers who have opted in.
