Do I need an Instagram business account?
Yes. Meta only allows automated replies and product tagging on professional (business or creator) accounts linked to a Facebook page. Switching is free in the Instagram app.
Will auto-replies get my account blocked?
AjVik uses Meta's official APIs and follows its limits: one private reply per comment, only within 7 days of the comment. It does not send bulk DMs to people who did not message you.
Can the reply quote the wrong price?
The rule stores the product, not a price. The price and stock are read from your catalog at the moment the reply is sent, so a price change applies right away.
Can I tag products if Meta has not approved my shop?
Product tagging needs Meta's commerce approval for your account. Comment and DM replies work without it, so you can start selling through DMs while approval is pending.
How many social accounts can I connect?
Starter includes 5 social channels, Growth 15 and Pro 35. Each connected account, such as one Instagram profile or one Facebook page, counts as one.
