Will the AI publish or spend money without asking me?
Not unless you allow it for that type of action, and some things can never be automatic: raising an ad budget, refunds, payouts, plan purchases and deleting records. Anything automatic is logged, notified and reversible.
What is an AI generation or credit?
Each AI job, such as writing a listing or making an image, uses part of your monthly allowance. Starter includes about 1,000 generations a month, Growth about 5,000 and Pro about 20,000. Bigger jobs like images use more than a short caption.
What happens when I run out?
AI features pause until your allowance resets or you add more credits. The rest of your store, including checkout and orders, keeps working normally. During the trial, going past the trial AI allowance is one of the points where we ask for a card.
Are AI agents available on every plan?
Agents are part of the Pro and Enterprise plans and are opening to sellers in waves. The product engine, website builder, brand studio, social content and dashboard insights work on every plan within its AI allowance.
Is the AI copy accurate?
It is a first draft built from your photo and note, so check facts like material, size and care before publishing. It will not invent reviews or ratings, and structured data is built from your real product details.
Does AjVik train AI models on my data?
