Shipping & delivery policy

AjVik is a digital service

AjVik is software delivered online. Nothing is physically shipped to you. Your account is available immediately after you sign up, and paid plans are active as soon as payment is confirmed. Invoices are delivered by email and in Settings → Billing.

Products sold in sellers' stores

Stores built on AjVik are run by independent sellers. Each seller sets and is responsible for their own shipping charges, delivery times and carrier choices, published in their store's own shipping policy. If you ordered from a store built on AjVik, please contact that store directly about your delivery.
