Will my Google rankings drop when I move?
Any platform move carries some risk, and nobody can promise rankings. Keeping the same product content, redirecting every old URL to its new page and submitting a fresh sitemap is how you keep that risk low, and AjVik does all three.
Do I need to close my old store first?
No. Import and build on AjVik while your old store keeps taking orders. Switch the domain only when you are ready, then cancel your old subscription.
What happens to images?
Images are downloaded and stored on AjVik, not linked back to your old store. Duplicates are detected, so the same photo used on several products is stored once.
What if some rows fail?
The import is a background job that keeps going when a row has a problem. You get a downloadable file listing the failed rows and why, fix them, and import again without creating duplicates.
Can I import from another seller’s website?
No. URL import is only for your own store, and you confirm ownership before it runs. Copying someone else’s catalog can break their terms and copyright.
How many products can I bring?
Up to your plan limit: 50 products during the trial, 500 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, and more on Pro and Enterprise. For a large catalog, preview the import in the trial and run the full import once you are on a paid plan.
