No. You can build your store, add products and take real orders on your free shop.ajvik.com address without a card. We ask for one only when you first send bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp marketing, publish to a marketplace, connect an ad account, or go past the trial's AI allowance.

Almost everything. The trial allows 1 store, 50 products and 1 team member. Your store can go live and take real orders and payments during the trial.

If you haven't picked a plan, your store becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan within 30 days and it comes back as it was.

Yes. You can import from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Amazon reports, a CSV or Excel file, or a store URL. Imports show a row-by-row report so you can fix anything that didn't come across.

The setup path is designed so a first store can go live in about 45 minutes: add your business details, pick a theme, add a few products with AI help, and connect payments.

Yes. The drag-and-drop page builder lets you add, move and edit sections. The AI website builder can also draft pages from a short description of your business.

Buy the domain (for example a .com) from any registrar, then add one A record at your domain provider pointing to the address AjVik shows you. HTTPS is set up automatically. You can add several domains and choose which one is primary; the others redirect to it.

Yes. Upload a photo and write a line about the product, and AjVik drafts the title, description, SEO title and meta description, and FAQs. You review and edit before anything is published.

Starter includes 1 store, Growth 3 stores and Pro 5 stores. Agencies managing many brands should look at Enterprise.

USPS, UPS and FedEx, through Shippo. Connect your Shippo account once, then compare rates for each parcel, buy and print labels in bulk and track parcels from the Orders screen. Labels are billed by Shippo at the rates shown when you buy them.

When the carrier reports a delivery exception, such as a bad address or nobody home, AjVik flags the order so you can contact the customer and fix it before the parcel goes back to you.

Customers request a return or exchange, you approve it, and AjVik can send them a prepaid return label and track the parcel back. Refunds go back to the customer's original payment method, and the sales tax on the refunded amount is reversed in your reports.

Yes. The shipping rule engine lets you set charges with rules, for example by order value or weight, and offer free shipping above an amount you choose.

With AjVik Payments, powered by Stripe, it goes to your own connected Stripe account and is paid out to your US bank account. You can also accept PayPal. AjVik does not hold your money.

Stripe charges its standard processing fees. On payments through AjVik Payments, AjVik also takes a platform fee of 2.5% on Starter, 2.0% on Growth or 1.5% on Pro, split out at settlement. Payments through a provider without split settlement, such as PayPal, carry no AjVik platform fee.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank payments through Stripe, plus PayPal if you connect it. Customers can check out as a guest or create an account.

Yes. Tell AjVik the states where you collect sales tax, and it works out the rate for each order from the shipping address and adds it at checkout. You can set a tax category on each product, such as clothing or food, where states treat it differently.

No. AjVik records the tax and ship-to state on every order and lets you export them for any period, which makes filing easier (state-by-state filing reports are coming soon), but filing and paying are done by you or your accountant. Integrations with accounting software are on our roadmap.

Yes. AjVik supports Indian payment gateways, UPI and GST invoices for stores that sell in India. See the Selling in India page.

Email campaigns include the unsubscribe link and sender details that CAN-SPAM requires. SMS broadcasts are in early access and go only to customers who gave consent to receive texts, with STOP to opt out. WhatsApp broadcasts go to opted-in customers. SMS and WhatsApp use prepaid messaging credits.

Yes. Customers can browse your catalog, add to cart and pay with a payment link inside an Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp conversation. Messages from all of them and your store's live chat arrive in one inbox.

AjVik writes posts and images with AI, and you schedule them on a content calendar across your connected accounts. You approve posts before they go out.

The paid ads engine is in early access and opens to sellers in waves. It plans campaigns, makes creatives for your approval, stays inside a budget ceiling you set, and moves spend towards products that make a profit.

Discount codes, automatic discounts, loyalty points, store credit and gift cards. You can also send abandoned-cart reminders by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp on Growth and above.

Yes. When a seller you refer pays their first subscription invoice, you get one month of your plan as credit and they get 20% off their first paid month.
