Requests with photos
The customer picks the items, chooses a reason and adds photos. You see it all before you approve anything.
Customers start a return from your store with a reason and a photo. You approve it, send a return label, check the item when it arrives, and refund or send a new size. Every step is on the order.

Swap a size or color. If the new item costs more, the customer gets a payment link for the difference.
Email the customer a prepaid USPS, UPS or FedEx return label through Shippo, or let them ship it back themselves and share the tracking number.
Refunds go back to the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account or PayPal the customer paid with. You choose when: on approval, on receipt or after inspection.
After inspection, send good items back to stock and record damaged ones with a reason.
Publish a clear policy page from a guided form. It matches the rules you actually apply to requests.
Each return moves through clear stages, and the customer sees where it is. Your team knows what to do next without asking.
| Order | Channel | Total | Status |

A refund updates the order, the sales tax collected and the profit report together. Refunding one of three items only reverses that item’s price and tax.
Return shipping, inspection and write-offs are counted against the product and channel. A product with a high return rate shows up in your profit report, not just in your stockroom.
Set the return window, what can be returned and how refunds work. AjVik builds the policy page.
Send prepaid return labels through Shippo, or ask customers to ship items back themselves.
Approve, track, inspect and refund returns from a single list.

Yes. They open their order on your store, choose the items and a reason, and add photos. You get the request to approve or reject.
Refunds go back to the original payment method today. Issuing store credit as a return refund is being added. Exchanges for another size or product are already available.
In the US you generally set your own policy, and AjVik publishes it. Some states have rules about how a no-returns or limited policy must be shown, so check the rules where you sell. Stores selling into the UK or EU must respect the 14-day withdrawal right, and AjVik will not let a policy go below it.
No. Refunds are paid from your own payments balance through Stripe, or from your PayPal account for PayPal orders. AjVik sends the refund instruction and records the result.
