Do I need a designer or developer?
No. Themes, the page builder and the AI builder are all point-and-click. If you do have a developer, they can use the public API and webhooks, but the store does not depend on them.
Can I change my theme later without losing products?
Yes. Products, collections, customers and orders are stored separately from the theme. Switching themes changes how the store looks, not what is in it. Preview the new theme before you publish it.
How many products can I list?
Starter allows 500 products in one store, Growth allows 5,000 products across up to 3 stores, Pro allows up to 5 stores, and Enterprise is set per agreement. See the pricing page for the full limits.
Can my store be in Spanish or another language?
You can write your product names, descriptions and pages in any language, including Spanish. For stores that sell abroad, storefront text can be translated per market.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Every plan has a 7-day trial and you do not need a card to start. Your trial store goes live on a free shop.ajvik.com address and can take real orders, with up to 50 products. A card is asked for only for things like your first bulk marketing send or publishing to a marketplace. If the trial ends without a plan, the store turns read-only and you can reactivate it within 30 days.
Can I move my existing store to AjVik?
Yes. You can import your catalog from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Amazon reports, a CSV or Excel file, or by pasting your current store URL.
