Do I need separate tools for email, texts and social?
No. Campaigns, flows, social posting, SEO, discounts and the customer list are all inside AjVik and share the same customer and order data. You still connect your own sending domain and social accounts.
Which plan includes what?
Every plan includes email flows, SEO tools, social posting, discounts and the customer CRM. Connected social channels are 5 on Starter, 15 on Growth and 35 on Pro. Broadcast campaigns, the creator program and the ads module start on Growth. See the pricing page for details.
Can I send text messages?
SMS campaigns are in early access and are being opened to sellers in waves. Texts go only to customers who gave consent to receive them, as the TCPA requires, and every text includes a way to opt out.
Can I email anyone who ever bought from me?
Marketing emails should go to people who agreed to hear from you. Every marketing email from AjVik includes an unsubscribe link and your business address, as CAN-SPAM requires, and unsubscribes are honored automatically.
How do I know if marketing is working?
Campaigns, codes and affiliate links are tied to the orders they bring in. The analytics pages show revenue and profit by source, after returns, not just clicks.
