Yes, on every paid plan. During the trial your store uses a free address on shop.ajvik.com, which you can keep alongside your own domain later.
Not to start. We ask for a card only when you first send bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp marketing, publish to a marketplace, connect an ad account or go past the trial AI allowance. Adding a card does not charge it; billing starts when your trial ends.
If you have not picked a plan, your store becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan within 30 days and everything carries on exactly where you left it.
Yes, and here they all are. When customers pay through AjVik Payments, a platform fee of 2.5% (Starter), 2.0% (Growth) or 1.5% (Pro) of the sale is split out at settlement, on top of Stripe’s standard processing fees. Payments through a provider without split settlement, such as PayPal, carry no AjVik platform fee. Shipping labels are billed by Shippo, through your own Shippo account, at the rates shown when you buy them. SMS and WhatsApp broadcasts use prepaid messaging credits, because the networks charge per message. Extra AI generations can be added if you go past your plan allowance.
AjVik calculates US sales tax at checkout from the shipping address and records it on every order, ready to export for filing. Whether you must collect in a state depends on where you have nexus, and you file and pay the tax yourself or through your accountant. Our sales tax guide explains the basics.
